Processing & Shipping Times All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by country and customs processing)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs processing for international orders.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the carrier’s website.

International Shipping & Customs Fees We currently ship internationally to select countries. Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s regulations. We do not cover these charges and recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors before contacting us. We recommend selecting a shipping option with insurance for added protection.

Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, customers will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
